General
- Please be honest about the purpose of the shoot and how the images will be used. I have different prices for personal images and for commercial use.
- I currently only accept bookings from women and non-binary individuals. For couples shoots, at least one partner must be a woman or non-binary individual.
- If you’d like to bring a friend, please ask beforehand. This is usually fine, but I’d like to know beforehand.
- Make sure you clearly describe your ideas; you can also include some inspiration images. This way, I know we agree on the type of shoot you’d like.
- Turn off your phone notifications during the photo shoot so I can give you the best experience without distractions.
- The times listed in the photoshoot packages are a guideline; we usually finish earlier than the indicated time. However, if you’re late, I’ll strictly adhere to that time.
- Please be careful with my belongings. Accidents can happen, of course, but you will be held financially responsible if you break anything in my studio. Examples include (but are not limited to) damage to photography equipment, items from my wardrobe, or costs for cleaning, repairing, or replacing upholstery.
- I am not responsible for any damage, loss or costs resulting from the use of the photos taken.
Accessibility
- If you feel comfortable with this, please let me know your physical limitations, if any. I can then take these into account during the shoot and help you think about poses, for example.
- Unfortunately, my studio is not wheelchair accessible. There is an elevator and a ramp. You can park a (electric) wheelchair in the hallway in front of my studio. This way, you can still make the journey from your car to my home studio with your assistive device.
- I can always come to you, or you can arrange another space that is wheelchair accessible. I’m happy to discuss this with you.
- I can also accommodate people with epilepsy or autism, for example, by not using flash. If you need other specific accommodations, I will do my best to make it as comfortable as possible for you. So feel free to let me know what you need.
- If you need breaks to relax, or if you think you might need more time for other reasons, please let me know when booking. I will then schedule up to two hours of extra time for you (at no extra cost).
- If you have severe allergies let me know at least 48hrs in advance, so I can make my home studio as free as possible from anything that might cause a reaction. Especially if you’re allergic to latex, or if you let me do your makeup and you have an allergy to an ingredient frequently used in cosmetics.
Age
- You must be at least 18 years old to book a photoshoot with me, even if you only want fashion shots and portraits.
- For a nude or erotic session, you must be 21 years or older.
- If I have any doubts about your age, I may ask for government ID or refuse the session.
- If you want to bring a friend or family member to the shoot, the same minimum age requirements apply. You can not bring a minor to accompany you.
Image usage
- Please do not edit, crop, or alter my photos unless otherwise agreed.
- Ownership and copyright of all products remain with me even after full payment has been made. All photos are copyrighted. The digital images I create remain my property.
- I reserve the creative rights to edit and release only those images that are considered professional in quality and within my artistic standards. I do not offer additional photography sessions or refunds in case you are not satisfied with your appearance in the final images.
- You decide whether or not I may publish photos. If you are allowed to, you can choose which ones I may share. I will always respect your decision if you wish to keep the photos private.
- You’re not permitted to share the photos for publication by third parties (such as magazines, events, or commercial platforms) without my written permission. In the event of a violation of these terms, I reserve the right to take legal action.
Consent
- In most Swan’s Seduction sessions, I will photograph you in kinky clothing, lingerie, or possibly nude. You get to choose what you want to wear, I will not make you wear more /less clothing than you wish.
- Due to alterations to hair, lingerie tags or straps, or the pose, I may have limited physical contact with you. I will, of course, first ask for your consent when necessary.
- Sexual contact with me during the photoshoot is prohibited.
- When engaging in kink and fetish activities in the photoshoot, you agree this is fully your own responsibility to stay safe and not inflict any unwanted harm to yourself, your possible co-model, or me as the photographer.
- In some cases such as knife play, edge play, or other potentially dangerous kink activities, it is preferred to “stage” or “fake” a scene for the photos, rather than actually acting it out. No bodily fluids may be involved, including but not limited to blood, urine or cum.
- If you wish for me to photograph kink play, please discuss this with me in advance, so I can decide whether it’s something I am comfortable with witnessing and capturing. This way we can also figure out safety precautions such as hygiene and/or medical equipment on site, safe-words etc.
Payment terms
- To book your shoot, you must pay a deposit of half the package price. If you cancel within 14 days of the scheduled shoot date , you will lose this deposit, and a new deposit will be required to schedule a new appointment. If you cancel a second time within 14 days, a new deposit will be required to schedule a third appointment. If you also cancel the third appointment, you will lose the deposit, and no new appointment will be scheduled.
- The second half of the package price is due on the day of the shoot, as well as optional add-ons and travel expenses and other applicable fees.
- No photos, edited or unedited, will be sent to you until I have received full payment for the shoot package, and other applicable fees.
- All payments are non-refundable, so for example if you pay a booking deposit and then decide the next day that you no longer want to book me, I will not refund it.
- Deposits expire after three months. If you do not schedule a new appointment within three months, you will lose your deposit and no new appointment can be made.
- You can choose whether you or I select the photos. If you choose to do it yourself, I will send you a gallery of unedited photos once the photo gallery fee has been paid. Please note that this is not the final result, and under no circumstances should you use or share these unedited photos. Make your selection within two weeks. I will then send you the edited photos. If no selection has been sent to me within two weeks, and I did not receive a written request to extend the selection deadline, I will choose the images myself, and the gallery fee will not be reimbursed.
- Travel expenses for shoots outside my studio must be reimbursed and will be added to the balance due at the time of the shoot. Travel expenses will be included in the total amount of the second payment.
- If you’re not satisfied with an edit, I can do a small touch-up once, but after that, I charge €10 per edit if this is something I am able to offer.
- If you are not happy with the final images, I will not refund you or offer additional sessions.
In the event of a dispute, both parties will first attempt to resolve the matter through mediation. If necessary, legal disputes will be handled under Dutch law.
