October & November ’25 Recap

6–9 minutes

October and November were busy, but in the best possible way. Not necessarily because I had an overwhelming number of shoots (I did 10 this round) but because I spent most of October working like crazy to finish the Muses Calendar 2026 in time for its launch on November 11th. I also organised a launch party for that same evening, which came with its own set of preparations. If you want to read the full behind-the-scenes story of how the calendar came to life, I’ve written an entire blog about the process, you can find it here.

After the launch, I gave myself a quieter two weeks. I needed it. I still did a few lovely shoots which I’ll tell you all about in a moment, but I didn’t take on any extra projects. Just the basics: shoot, edit, rest, and return to something that resembled normal working hours.

Of course, I can already feel things picking up again. My books for 2026 are officially open, and enquiries are starting to roll in. If you want to start the new year with a bang (or rather, a sexy, empowering photoshoot) send me an email and we’ll talk about possibilities.

And now, let’s dive into the shoots I did in October and November (apart from the private sessions, of course).

02.10.25 | Rose Morningstar

Rose is a familiar face on this blog as our first shoot together was back in 2021, when I had only just started reaching out to models for collaborations. That’s also one of the reasons she’s featured in the Muses Calendar 2026. She represents the month of June, and the calendar photo was actually taken on this very day. Rose is always such a joy to work with, she’s creative, versatile, and very nice to talk with.

Since she was already at my studio, we decided to make the most of it and shoot two extra sets as well. One was a witchy Halloween-inspired series, and the other was a studio look featuring pieces from my client closet: a mesh & wetlook set by Wilde Mode, a harness from Wandering Chaos, and a choker from Weird Brain.

06.10.25 | Lisa Chudalla

I’ve only worked with Lisa once before, but I’ve known her for quite a while through the kink scene. She’s a performer, and an unforgettable one. I’ve had the pleasure of seeing her on stage multiple times, doing jaw-dropping circus acts like sword swallowing and hammering nails into her nose. So it was no surprise that she arrived at my place with spectacular, stage-worthy costumes.

We spent the afternoon taking photos, and I was genuinely in awe of her creativity, her presence, and the way she transforms the room the moment she steps into character. This shoot was such a joy!

08.10.25 | Red & Risky

Red is the muse for January in the Muses Calendar 2026, and she means so much to me personally, and to Swan’s Seduction. My entire photography journey started because of her. Years ago, she asked me to take some sexy photos of her, and that shoot was the moment I discovered my love for empowering women+ through photography.

Red has been very ill for quite some time, and travelling to Amsterdam simply wasn’t possible for her. So I packed my backdrop stand, fabrics, lights, camera, and took the train to her home. I built a studio setup right in her living room. I did her makeup, and throughout the day she needed to rest a few times, but when it was time to shoot… she absolutely slayed.

Even though she was exhausted and unwell, she showed up with so much fire. She looked fierce, powerful, and radiant: like a true phoenix, which was the inspiration for the entire set.

11.10.25 | Curious Creatures Photobooth

Something quite different from my usual one-on-one shoots with individuals or couples: I volunteered at a fundraiser for Curious Creatures, a burner community founded in Amsterdam that travels to festivals abroad with their camp. For the event, I set up a photobooth and spent about two hours photographing guests in the most extravagant, colourful, and wildly creative outfits. It was a complete departure from my usual studio rhythm but such a fun challenge.

I collaborated with another photographer, Ayla, who helped me assemble the booth and later took over shooting for a while so I could take a break and enjoy the party atmosphere myself.

In less than a week, I edited more than 150 images from the event – I was definitely grinding, but I really wanted everyone to receive their photos as soon as possible after the fundraiser. It ended up being a really joyful experience, and a lovely change of pace from my usual work.

17.10.25 | Drakirah

Every now and then I get clients from abroad (usually from neighbouring countries like Germany or Belgium) and occasionally someone travels from overseas. Drakirah did exactly that. She planned a trip to Europe from her home base in the US and reached out to schedule an empowering photoshoot as part of her vacation. I loved that idea immediately.

Working with her was an absolute joy; she was warm, open, and so lovely to photograph. Getting to know her and hearing about her travels made the session feel extra special, and I’m really grateful she chose to spend part of her European adventure with Swan’s Seduction.

08.11.25 | Electra Rouge

I’d worked with El once before, and I’d also seen her perform a lipsync act at a burlesque event in Amsterdam which made me even more excited when she booked another shoot. She’s not only incredibly sweet, but also wonderfully creative with her makeup and styling, a natural in front of the camera, and genuinely effortless to collaborate with.

For this session she wanted to explore a darker, moodier “dark feminine / femme fatale” vibe. And honestly, she embodied it perfectly. We leaned into the shadows, the attitude, and together we created exactly the kind of images she had envisioned.

14.11.25 | Miss Marian Lovegold

Marian is someone I know from the kink scene – we share some mutual friends, and I first met her when I accidentally crashed her birthday picnic in the park a few months ago (a mutual friend had invited me, so it wasn’t too chaotic). She’s very active in the kink party community. I decided to shoot my shot and ask if I could photograph her. To my delight, she said yes.

For our session, we started with some edgier, more dominant images, and then I gently encouraged her into a softer, more sensual boudoir direction. She absolutely nailed both moods. Marian brought so much attitude, confidence, and presence to the shoot, and we spent the whole afternoon deep in neurodivergent chats while creating some of my favourite images of the season.

18.11.25 | Tingis Sky

Tingis is a beauty who travelled all the way from Antwerp, Belgium just for our session. We had worked together once before, so I was really happy when she reached out to schedule another shoot. I had a concept in mind that I’d been wanting to try: an analogue darkroom-inspired set – and when I proposed it to her, she immediately loved the idea.

We started the day with a Christmas-themed set I had pre-built while she was still on the train to Amsterdam, then moved on to the darkroom concept, and finished with a simple studio setup featuring the cutest fluffy jacket. Three completely different vibes, and all of them turned out beautifully. Shooting with Tingis is always a joy as she’s genuine, fun, and an absolute pro when it comes to posing.
